Al Kubra’s curtain wall systems combine German-engineered aluminum profiles with hurricane-grade laminated glass to create high-performance building envelopes. Designed specifically for UAE’s extreme climate, our unitized and stick-built systems withstand 3.5kPa wind loads while maintaining thermal efficiency through precision thermal breaks and dual-seal gaskets.
From Burj District towers to coastal resorts, we execute complete turnkey solutions: 3D modeling for wind/solar analysis, CNC fabrication in our Ajman facility, and laser-aligned installation ensuring ±1.5mm joint tolerances. All systems comply with Dubai Civil Defense and Green Building regulations.
Our proprietary CFD software analyzes site-specific wind patterns and solar exposure, optimizing mullion spacing and glass types. Structural calculations account for seismic Zone 2B and Dubai's 50°C thermal expansion.
German aluminum extrusions undergo CNC cutting and powder coating (250μm thickness) before assembly in climate-controlled clean rooms. Quality checks include air/water infiltration tests per ASTM E283/331 standards.
Laser-guided anchoring ensures ±0.5° alignment. Sequential installation with pressure-equalization chambers prevents moisture ingress. Final validation includes 150% design wind load testing.
