Fire Rated Glass Solutions
Our fire-rated glass walls maintain structural integrity for 60-120 minutes at 1000°C, meeting EI 60/90/120 standards required by Dubai Civil Defense. Hybrid systems combine ceramic glass with intumescent sealants that expand during fire events, blocking heat transfer while maintaining visibility.
Designed for hospitals, hotels, and high-rises, we engineer frame systems with reinforced steel cores that prevent warping under thermal stress. All installations include integrated smoke seals and automatic door releases compliant with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code.
We use ceramic glass (up to 30mm thick) with gel-filled interlayers that turn opaque at 120°C, blocking radiant heat. Steel frames are powder-coated with intumescent paint that expands 10x during fire exposure.
Third-party testing at Dubai Civil Defense labs verifies integrity (no flames pass) and insulation (backside temp <140°C). Documentation includes EN 1364-1 standards and annual recertification support.
For data centers: EMI-shielded versions. For coastal projects: salt-spray resistant hardware. For heritage buildings: traditional Arabic motif etching options.
