Create uninterrupted views with silicone-bonded structural glass systems that eliminate visible frames. Using SSG (Structural Silicone Glazing) technology, we achieve spans up to 5m with 12mm laminated glass, supported by discreet stainless steel fittings.
Specialized for luxury lobbies, pools, and observation decks, our installations undergo FEA analysis for 3.0kPa wind loads and thermal stress simulations. UV-stable silicones prevent yellowing under UAE’s intense sunlight exposure.
Silicone joints are calculated at 1.5x expected movement (thermal + wind drift). Redundant safety systems include mechanical patch plates for critical overhead installations.
Laser-projected alignment ensures ±0.3mm positioning. Climate-controlled application (18-27°C) guarantees optimal adhesion. 14-day cure monitoring with strain gauges.
Sloped glazing (up to 30°) with anti-slip coatings. Switchable PDLC glass for privacy. Bomb-blast certified versions for government facilities.
