Climate Defense Glazing
Our thermal-break systems reduce cooling costs by 40% through German-engineered polyamide barriers that separate interior/exterior aluminum profiles. Combined with low-E double/triple glazing (Ug=0.5 W/m²K), they achieve Dubai Green Building compliance.
Specialized for desert environments, we integrate spectrally selective coatings that block 78% solar heat gain while maintaining 70% VLT (visible light transmission). Argon-filled cavities and warm-edge spacers prevent condensation at 85% humidity levels.



We use passive house certified glass: 4mm outer pane with pyrolytic coating, 16mm argon cavity, 4mm inner laminate. Optional vacuum glazing achieves Ug=0.3 for zero-energy buildings.
Thermal breaks made from 34% glass-fiber reinforced polyamide. Multi-chamber profiles (up to 6 chambers) with foam insulation. Stainless steel reinforcement for structural stability.
Coastal projects: Marine-grade hardware with 316 stainless. Sandstorm zones: Integrated particle filters in ventilation systems. High-rises: Pressure-equalized drainage for altitude changes.
